PATTERN.

Materials:

Yarn: Any cotton 100% Weight/Yardage 100g/105 yds: JubileeYarn Medium Gauge Worsted Weight Yarn – Dainty Light or other with the same highlights: 2 skein of light blue color – for Bag.

You can use Cascade Ultra Pima Fine, 100% cotton or Schachenmayr Catania for the making all the bag, but you need to double strand the yarn for it.

Notions: Scissors, needle with large eye (I use for sewing and embroidery the same yarn that for crocheting).

Crochet hook: 4/E (3,5 mm)- for Bag, 0 (2 mm) – for Sharks.

Abbreviations (US terms):

ch – chain

st st – slip stitch

sc – single crochet

dc – double crochet

sk – skip

st(s) – stitch(es)

hdc – half double crochet

MR – magic ring

Skill Level: Medium

Instructions.

Bag.

Row 1: Ch 37, dc in the 4th st from the hook, 5 dc in the same st, dc in the next 32 sts, 6 dc in the last st.

Rotate, you are now working on the opposite side of the foundation chain. Dc in the next 32 sts, ss in the 3rd ch.

Row 2: ch 3, dc in the next 75 sts, ss in the 3rd ch.

Row 3-14: repeat row 2.

Row 15: ch 3, dc in the next 15 sts, ch 20, skip 18 sts, dc in the next 20 sts, ch 20, skip next 18 sts, dc in the next 4 sts, ss in the 3rd ch.

Row 16: ch 3, dc in the next 15 sts, 21 dc in the chain space (20 chain we made in the previous row), dc in the next 20 sts, 21 dc in the chain space (20 chain we made in the previous row), dc in the next 4 sts, ss in the 3rd ch. Break yarn and fasten off.

Assembling the bag.

Let’s sew the sharks to the bag (I use for sewing and embroidery the same yarn that for crocheting). Sew the grandma with orange color yarn, grandpa with light green color yarn, mother with pink color yarn,

father with blue color yarn and baby shark with yellow color yarn. Your bag is ready.
