I want to show you today how to crochet the Puff Lace Stitch. It looks awesome from both sides.

PATTERN.
Materials I used 2 Fine or Sport weight yarn and an B crochet hook. You can use any yarn you like and matching hook.
Abbreviations
US Crochet terms
sc – single crochet
ch – chain
st – stitch
dc – double crochet
Start with chain multiples of 3 stitches.
Skill Level: Easy
Instructions.
Special stitches
Puff Stitch
Yarn over and insert your hook into the indicated space. Yarn over again and pull up a long loop (3 loops on hook.) *Yarn over and insert your hook into the same space. Yarn over again and pull up a long loop* three more times. You should now have 9 loops on your hook. Yarn over and pull through all 9 loops.
Instructions (in US crochet terms)
Row 1: Chain multiples of 3 stitches, skip the first 3 stitches and make 1 dc into the 4th stitch from the hook. Dc into the each stitch till the end of the row. Turn your work.
Row 2: *Ch 5, skip 2 sts,
sc in the next st* repeat till the end of the row. Turn your work.
Row 3: Ch 5, sc in the next chain space,
*ch 5, puff stitch in the next chain space,
ch 5, sc in the next chain space* repeat till the end of the row. Turn your work.
Row 4: * Ch 5, sc in the next chain space * repeat till the end.
Row 5: Ch 5, sc in the next chain space, *ch 5, puff stitch in the next chain space, ch 5,
sc in the next chain space* repeat till the end of the row. Turn your work.
Repeat Rows 4 – 5 for pattern.
