There are some things I need to have because they are useful, but there are those that I want to take on my hands and do not part with them . They just warm the soul, like a cup of favorite coffee,  child’s smile or fire in the fireplace. I’m sure you also will want to put this owl on a shelf near your favorite book, put it in a car or a handbag. So take the hook and yarn and let’s make the Unicorn Owl.

Assembling

Sew the eyes with blue color yarn. Sew the horns with yellow color yarn on the 2 owls parts.

Embroider some stitches on the front part of the horn as you can see at the picture below. Then make some stitches with yellow yarn for the ear holes.

And embroider some stitches with yellow color yarn to make the beak:

Sew the hair by two like pictured below. Then sew them under the horn.

Sew the flower with mint color yarn as you can see at the picture below. Then sew the wings with the blue color yarn.

Now join your two “owl” parts wrong sides together. Try to line up them up so they match. You are going to sc around the outside of them to attach them and you want to them to be perfectly lined up. Now stick your hook through both sides and pull the yarn through and sc with the white color.

Sc in each stitch of both sides around. Make 2sc on the corners of owl’s ears and on the bottom corners.

After sc around the head let’s stuff the horn, ears and upper part of the head. Continue sc around. But leave a hole to stuff the owl with toy filling firmly. And then finish to join parts. Break yarn and fasten off. Your owl is ready!
